Our monthly Partners in Design series continued last week with a fun, informative, and delicious event! Danielle Mayes, the founder and owner of Amayesing Graze, translated her love of fine food, hosting events, and over-the-top dinner parties into this upscale catering company. She specializes in creating visually stimulating and delicious charcuterie and cheese grazing boards. Her mid-Michigan based company uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create elegant displays that will transform an event. Danielle caters for all occasions and sees her creations as a stress-free way to add a “wow” factor to any gathering.
Danielle joined us on June 21st for the second installment of our event series, Partners in Design, where McDaniels partners with local businesses to showcase their knowledge and expertise. We’ve gathered some of the top business experts in the area to share their knowledge and help our participants learn about everything from wines to photography. Every event is unique, and participation is free, so be sure to come back and join us each month! All Partners in Design events are held in our Lansing, MI full-service kitchen and bathroom design showroom.
The attendees at our June event were in for a real treat, as Danielle brought examples and taught the event’s 22 participants how to create their own charcuterie and cheese boards. She created mini cones, which everyone got to sample (a delicious bonus!). At the end of the presentation, she showed the participants how to create a gorgeous charcuterie board for two people. Danielle presented her charcuterie board tips with a style and enthusiasm that shows how much she truly loves creating edible masterpieces!
